THE COMPLETED COURSE WILL GIVE YOU YOUR N.A.B.A.S. CERTIFICATE
This course is the most comprehensive basics balloon course within the balloon decorating industry and incorporates 'NABAS LEVEL 1' within it so that,
(A) You attain your N.A.B.A.S. certification.
(B) It gives you the best possible start in your new found career.
